VKS Textiles was established in 2021 with a focus of manufacturing and supplying clothing fabrics to garment exporters.

Our Story

Since 2021, we have been in the Textile Industry. Starting with a humble beginning of textile trading, we have now a complete and comprehensive manufacturing infrastructure covering Spinning, Wet Processing and Fabric Weaving. Led by the second and third generation technocrat entrepreneurs, the Company is run professionally by a team of technically and qualified and widely experienced personnel.

We have vertical setup facilities and well experienced associates to design and produce our products in high quality international standard as per the customer requirement and expectations.We work hard to satisfy our customer needs and We strive hard to give top most quality and perfection within the designated schedule at reasonable cost.

Spinning

VKS Textiles started the spinning unit as a backward integration to meet own requirement.

  • Compact spinning unit was ventured in the year of 2021 by our visionary Managing Director Mr. K.Dhanaraj
  • Started with the spinning capacity of 12,000 spindles, it is now expanded up to 18,000 spindles.
  • Production capacity is at 6000 kgs of yarn per day.
  • Manufacturing 100% Combed Compact Cotton Yarns, 100% Viscose, Blended Yarns.
  • Quality classified under 5-10% user international standards.
  • State of art and sophisticated machineries to meet production and quality.

Weaving

  • VKS Textiles weaving unit is equipped with world class machineries. High quality yarn from our spinning unit is converted into best quality fabric with cutting edge technology.
  • We have equipped us with state of art technology for each of the manufacturing processes we are into. A result of our belief in continuous adaptation and upgradation of modern technology to remain as a preferred source for our customers to offer value for money based products and services.
  • Our weaving is based on Picanol Weaving Machine with all variants of Plain, Twill, Satin and complex Dobby patterns. Our preparatory sequences of machines are customized to offer unique product quality that we are known for.

Dyeing

Since quality dyeing forms the integral part of any fabric, VKS Textiles owns a fully integrated

  • Yarn dyeing unit with HTHP machines (capacity of 130 tonnes/month).
  • Dyeing quality is governed by our team coming with technical expertise and also by the selection of good quality raw materials like bulk chemicals, auxiliaries and dyes which are Azo free and Eco friendly in nature for processing.
  • Our full-fledged quality assurance laboratory has all equipment's for in-house quality testing along with computerized color matching system Color i7 from Gretag Macbeth with spectral viewing in Mac Beth spectra light 111 using lights like D65, UV, U30, TL84, Filament, CWF for meeting buyer requirements.
